Overview & Challenge
Leo, the founder of Wild Workflows, sought to elevate the brand identity to signal a new chapter of growth. This rebranding needed to establish WildWorkflows as an authority in workflow automation, especially for small businesses seeking long-term, impactful improvements without the cost or rigidity of a full agency setup.
The brand needed to embody a unique blend of empowerment, reliability, and innovation that would resonate with small business owners who value the ROI of automation but lack the time or technical expertise to implement it effectively.

We set out to create an identity that clearly spoke approachable, trust-worthy efficiency.
Approachable: The brand tone is friendly, supportive, and engaging, designed to capture attention while making clients feel comfortable and encouraged.
Trustworthy: Reliability, professionalism, and quality are the foundation, building client confidence in WildWorkflows as an automation expert.
Efficient: The brand emphasizes automation, technology, and innovation, making complex solutions feel seamless.
Color
The original brand’s color palette was already well-suited to the new identity. The vibrant Coquelicot Orange reinforces approachability through its warmth and helps the brand stand out visually. Baby Powder and Licorice, as contrasting light and dark neutrals, provide a perfect canvas to enhance readability and highlight emphasis.
Typography
The original brand lacked a clear typographic hierarchy, using up to five different fonts across its website. We streamlined this by choosing Clash Grotesk as the primary typeface, a bold and attention-grabbing font with a clean, modern, and technical aesthetic that perfectly aligns with WildWorkflows’ identity.
Clash Grotesk also subtly recalls the Zapier typeface—a fitting nod to the industry leader in automation, leveraging the halo effect of familiarity. We paired this with Raleway, a neutral and highly readable typeface, ideal for body text that allows headers and titles to shine.
Graphic Style
We developed a custom graphic style called “Imperfect Building Blocks,” inspired by simple irregular geometric shapes that convey both efficiency and uniqueness. This style combining order and approachability:
Geometric Shapes: Squares, rectangles, and straight lines evoke efficiency, professionalism, and reliability, immediately recognizable as symbols of structure.
Rounded Corners: Softened edges add a welcoming touch, enhancing the approachable aspect of the brand.
Unique Shapes: Imperfect, singular shapes symbolize the complex and irregular nature of clients’ workflows, with WildWorkflows providing the “magic of automation” to optimize and simplify these unique processes.
Together, these elements create a clean, balanced, and memorable identity that sets WildWorkflows apart in the digital space, from social media feeds to other brand touchpoints.
