Branding has a bad rep. And I understand why.

But it’s only a tool.

And as such, it’s how you use it that really matters.

I believe in branding because if you do it with the right intention, it will help you find clarity about who you really are, and who you want to become.

And then it provides the framework to realize that becoming.

Branding shouldn’t be an artificially constructed façade to deceive people.

It should be an accurate representation of what you do, why you do it, and how you do it.

So even though the colors, the typography, the brand voice, the graphic style, etc., are important as a way to stand out and be heard, they are the means to an end.

And that end is for you to truly align who you are and what you do, to find fulfillment in the most authentic way possible.

Don’t you want to believe that is possible? 😌

Work takes up at least a third of our lives.

Wouldn’t you rather do it with purpose?

Enjoying what you do and making a living out of it is not impossible.

It’s all about positioning.

Positioning is part of branding.

And it’s start with WHY.

  • What drives you?

  • What moves you?

  • What do you stand for?

  • What makes you happy?

  • What do you want out of your life?

  • And why do you want that out of your life?

  • What mark do you want to leave in this world?

Once you find the answer to those questions.

The rest is about figuring out a way to the destination.

And personal branding can help you get there.

Which is why I believe in it. And why I’m so passionate about it
